About Me

Hi, I’m Daniela Fernández Smithers, a Mental Performance Consultant who works with athletes, teams, and parents to help young athletes perform at their best while protecting their well-being.

Across every session and every athlete, my mission is simple: to create a supportive, grounded, and empowering space where athletes and parents feel understood, equipped, and capable of meaningful growth.

I believe performance is not just about what happens on the field, court, or pool. It’s about the daily habits, mindset, and skills that help young people thrive in sport and in life.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative—rooted in science, but always centered on the human being in front of me. I’m grateful to support athletes and families as they build stronger minds, healthier habits, and stronger performances.
